If you purchase a bundle with us you'll get access to our dedicated booking system meaning you'll be appointed a dedicated advisor who knows your case and will be responsible for your bundle. You can book in with them any time, as often as you like. No extra charges.

Any file format

We can deal with literally any file format. Any text, email or image format, ecel spreadsheets, audio files, transcripts, video or cctv files. There is nothing we have found which we cannot include.

Agreed Indexes

If your court order requires that you agree the contents of the bundle with the other side we will do that for you. We'll make contact with the other side, or their solicitor, to agree the contents of the bundle and keep you updated.

Data Security

When you send your data to us its secure. We use TLS encryption technology, portions of which are ISO27001 certified. ISO27001 is recognised worldwide as one of the premiere international information security management standards. Our bundles are transferred securely, being accessible by randomised password (which can be sent separately). We incorporate download limits and the download link will expire the day after your hearing.

We can file your bundle with the court, and serve it on the other side for you

Our most basic bundle package includes a final PDF for you to send to the court and the other parties yourself For all other packages we will file your bundle with the court, and other parties, We can provide delivery receipts for an addittional fee.

Financial Statement (Form E)

The standard form of financial statement, also known as Form E, is 42 pages of financial misery. Let us complete that for you. We'll discuss this with you and provide a list of the information we need to complete it for you.

Court Bundles

Whether you are the applicant and are directed to prepare the bundle, both parties are acting in person, or the other side is represented and suggested you pay half their £800 cost, we can prepare the bundle for every hearing for you so you can impress the judge.

Complience with directions

We charge a single, affordable, low-cost fee of £55 per month. This is around 20 minutes of a solcititors time, for a month of support.

Yes, we have a team of legal qualified advisors. Once you subscribe you’ll be allocated a named advisor who covers your area who you will work with throughout your case. When you book in it will be with the same person, who will know your case, where you are and it will always be the same person.

You can cancel your subscription anytime within the first month. If you extend beyond that time your subscription will be in place for 3 months, after which you may cancel your subscription at any time you choose. We maintain a client portal where you can manage your subscription.

No. We are a small firm within a saturated market. If you want representation you can contact any family law solicitor in your area who will be happy to help you, for £250+/hr. We specifically target people who do not qualify for legal aid but who cannot afford private legal fee’s. We will help you represent yourself by dealing with the technical aspects, however you’ll be doing all the talking in court.

No. We can help you to understand whether or not you qualify for legal aid, but you cannot cover our fees if you do. We will refer you to solicitors who accept legal aid in your area.
