We charge a single, affordable, low-cost fee designed to meet every budget. This varies on the basis that the more you want us to do the more it costs each month but our pricing is fixed and transparent. At its most expensive the monthly fee we charge is around 20-30 minutes of a dedicated solcititors time, for a month of support.
Yes, we have a team of legal qualified advisors. Once you subscribe you’ll be allocated a named advisor who covers your area who you will work with throughout your case. When you book in it will be with the same person, who will know your case, where you are and it will always be the same person.
You can cancel your subscription anytime within the first month. If you extend beyond that time your subscription will be in place for 3 months, after which you may cancel your subscription at any time you choose. We maintain a client portal where you can manage your subscription entirely online.
No. We are a small firm within a saturated market. If you want representation you can contact any family law solicitor in your area who will be happy to help you, for £250+/hr. We specifically target people who do not qualify for legal aid but who cannot afford private legal fee’s. We will help you represent yourself by dealing with the technical aspects, however you’ll be doing all the talking in court.
No. We can help you to understand whether or not you qualify for legal aid, but you cannot cover our fees if you do. We will refer you to solicitors who accept legal aid in your area.
